WARRANTY & RETURNS
We operate a manufacturers warranty and returns policy, so if you were to find a fault with your purchase in the first 12 months of ownership you can return it for an exchange of item or a refund.
In the unlikely event you require an exchange or refund, please email email@example.com with a covering explanation. All items are checked prior to dispatch so items will only be refunded or exchanged in cases of genuine damage or fault and where the responsibility lies with the Triton Tackle.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Triton Tackle.
How to return items:
- After receiving confirmation by email and a return is possible then package up your item(s) safely. Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
- Return the item(s) to us at: Triton Tackle Ltd, PO Box 294, Bexhill on Sea, TN40 9HB.
- We will then inspect the item and issue the necessary refund or exchange plus postage costs.
